Logicsofts Webtech Pvt Ltd provides digital and professional services only. We do not ship any physical products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our services and deliverables are provided.

1. Nature of Deliverables

1.1 Our deliverables typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Websites, web applications and digital assets
  • SEO and marketing reports, strategy documents and content
  • Configuration of hosting, CRM, and related systems
  • Advisory and consulting outputs

1.2 These deliverables are shared digitally via email, cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint), project management tools, or direct deployment to servers.

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Estimated delivery timelines are specified in the relevant proposal or SOW and depend upon project scope and complexity.

2.2 Timelines are also dependent on timely cooperation from your side, including provision of content, feedback, approvals and required access.

2.3 Logicsofts is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party tools, hosting providers, domain registrars, email service providers or unforeseeable technical issues.

3. Completion & Handover

3.1 A project or phase is treated as delivered when:

  • The agreed scope has been implemented; and
  • The final output is shared via agreed digital means or deployed to the live/staging environment; and
  • The outstanding dues (if any) have been paid as per the payment terms

3.2 Upon completion and full payment, we may hand over relevant credentials, source files or documentation, subject to licence terms and any third‑party restrictions.

4. No Physical Shipping

4.1 We do not offer any physical shipping of goods. As such, there are no shipping fees, tracking IDs, or logistics partners involved.

4.2 Any reference to delivery pertains solely to digital/online delivery or access.
