This Pricing & Payment Policy explains how pricing, billing and payments work when you purchase services from
Logicsofts Webtech Pvt Ltd through

or via direct invoicing.
1. Pricing
1.1 All standard prices and fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.2 Any promotional prices, offers or discounts are time‑bound and subject to specific terms
1.3 For international clients, estimates may be provided in foreign currency for convenience; however, invoicing and payments may still be executed in INR unless agreed in writing.
2. Taxes
2.1 All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be levied as per prevailing law.
2.2 The prices quoted in proposals or on the Website may be exclusive of GST unless specifically stated as inclusive.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Website Design & Development
- 50% of the total project fee is payable in advance to initiate the project.
- The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery, go‑live or handing over of source files, whichever comes earlier.
3.2 SEO & Digital Marketing Retainers
- 100% of the agreed monthly retainer is payable in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
3.3 Hosting, Maintenance, Support, CRM & Similar Services
- Typically billed either annually or monthly, payable 100% in advance unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
3.4 Consulting Services
- May be billed on a fixed‑fee or hourly basis, and are generally payable 100% in advance unless stated otherwise
4. Accepted Payment Methods
4.1 We accept payments through:
- Razorpay (credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and supported wallets)
- Bank transfer to our designated Indian bank account
- Other gateways or methods as may be communicated in writing for international clients
4.2 Cash payments are generally not accepted unless explicitly agreed in exceptional circumstances.
5. Payment Confirmation & Invoices
5.1 Services commence only after payment realisation and formal confirmation from Logicsofts.
5.2 Tax invoices will be issued in compliance with Indian GST regulations and will include our GST number, CIN and other statutory details.
6. Late or Non‑Payment
6.1 At present, we do not levy a formal late payment fee. However, we reserve the right to:
- Pause ongoing work; and/or
- Withhold delivery of files, credentials or access; and/or
- Temporarily suspend services (such as hosting or support)
if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
6.2 Continued non‑payment may lead to termination of services and potential removal of deployed assets from our servers, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
7. Currency Conversion & Bank Charges
7.1 For international transactions, any currency conversion charges, intermediary bank fees or receiving charges shall be borne by the client.
7.2 The net amount credited to Logicsofts’ account after such charges must match the invoiced amount.
8. Security of Payments
8.1 Online payments processed via Razorpay are protected through SSL encryption and are PCI‑DSS compliant.
8.2 We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
