1. Payment Security

1.1 Online payments made through our Website are processed using third‑party payment gateways such as Razorpay

1.2 Razorpay is PCI‑DSS compliant and utilises industry‑standard encryption to help protect your card and payment data.

1.3 We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

2. Data Security Practices

2.1 We use reputable platforms (such as Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint) and industry‑standard security features including password‑protected access, role‑based permissions and, where available, multi‑factor authentication.

2.2 Access to client data is restricted to authorised team members who require such access to perform their roles.

2.3 We encourage clients to follow good security hygiene, including using strong passwords, enabling two‑factor authentication on their own accounts, and sharing credentials securely.

3. Backups & Hosting

3.1 Where we manage hosting, we may implement periodic backups as per the hosting plan. However, we recommend that clients also maintain independent backups of critical data.

3.2 For self‑managed or third‑party hosting, the ultimate responsibility for backups rests with the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the SOW.

4. Limitations

4.1 While we take reasonable steps to safeguard systems and data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4.2 Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security and cannot be held liable for unauthorised access, attacks, breaches or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
