Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating Website designs, Convert into html.
  • Communicating with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress.

  • Developing Skills and Expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html, Java script and others.
  • Producing designs and templates that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.
  • Determining Technical Requirements.
  • Updating Websites.
  • Creating back up files.
  • Webpage scripting.

Wordpress Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Should have expertise on PHP5 /should have good knowledge of Oops
  • Should have knowledge of Ajax and APIs integration ie. Google API, Facebook API, third party affiliates etc are highly desirable.
  • Should have knowledge of expertise with interfaces, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Templating, caching, sessions, and authentication.
  • Should have experienced with complex MYSQL queries
  • Framework knowledge like Code Igniter, CakePhp , Zend etc/Knowledge of e-commerce website like Zen cart, Joomla, Magento, Open Cart, Custom php, etc. (mandatory - 1 framework & 1 open source )
  • Wordpress CMS ( theme, plugins customisation & development)
  • Analyze, design, code, debug, test land deploy changes to the system
  • Researching and suggesting new technologies and opportunities that could be beneficial to the technological needs of the company.
  • Collaborating with team members to advise and launch new site features and content that meet the expectations.
  • Coordinating with senior management to create sustainable project management processes around the web design and development.

Core PHP Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls and leads - web design, online marketing, and print services and converting them to sales.
  • Existing project management b/w staff and clients.
  • Meeting all project deadlines.
  • Updating client via phone for any delays at least 2-3 days prior.
  • Calling 5 past clients daily and re-introducing ourselves our services web, graphic, online marketing, smo, app, etc.
  • Weekly newsletter to all existing and past clients database.
  • Generating Business Leads and Following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold Calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Developing, Managing and growing existing clients’ relationships.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Providing feedback on future buying trends.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.

  • Proven Track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
